Refund policy

At Wicked Rose, we have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after you receive your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags still attached. If you have already planted your clothing tag, we can work around it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Just shoot over an email to christina@wickedrose.com and we’ll get everything sorted. We will pay to ship your new item, but you are responsible for return postage to get your original item back to us. As soon as your return makes it back to Wicked Rose HQ, we’ll process your refund or send over your exchange.

Upon receipt of your item, we will issue you a refund, credit your account with store credit, or ship your exchange item, within 3-5 days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at christina@wickedrose.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for items that are the same price as the return. You can exchange for the same item in a different size, or for another item that costs the same as your return. Please indicate whether you would like an exchange, a refund, or store credit when you reach out to set up your return.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once the refund is approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
